If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 3 calendar days to request an exchange/return an item from the date you received it.

Your return must be received within 14 days of the RMA approval.  Items received later than 14 days will be returned to the customer (shipping to be paid by customer) and the RMA approval will be cancelled.  This is to ensure the integrity of our items when restocking them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging and with tags. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit within 5-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs for returning your item will be removed from the refunded amount. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable.  Restocking fees may apply.  

For sanitary reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and returns of these items will not be accepted.

SALE ITEMS (including BOGO clearout sales)  and CUSTOMIZED ITEMS are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.  Only one RMA request will be authorized per order.

Orders to countries outside of the U.S. may incur additional costs based on your country’s customs requirements.  These costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Orders abandoned at customs due to customer refusing to pay customs will not be refunded or reimbursed.
