5'9, 200lbs, bought in 1X. This dress is sooo cute and comfortable. The quality of the fabric is amazing and the waist details are so cute. The waist does sit higher, right under the bosom, as seen in the pictures on the website. I love the open slit, and that the top is full sleeve length. I can wear this during cooler and warmer days and still feel comfortable!
